A large overlooked downtown Santa Fe parcel with approval for six compact residences provided the challenge for creating sustainable, connected in-town living – a perfect solution for a downsized, efficient 21st century lifestyle. Each plan is open to exterior living spaces on two exposures while maintaining privacy as well as project design and neighborhood coherence.
